F.S.C.&E. was formed in conjunction with DSA of America
in 1984.  The location  of Antwerp, Ohio was chosen because
of union conflicts within Indiana.  The purpose of F.S.C.&E.
has remained the same over the last 20 years.  Servicing US
and foreign facilities.

Our first facility was 7,200 sq. ft. and we have grown to
82,000 sq. ft. on 11 acres of land.  Currently awaiting the next
expansion of a rail spur.

F.S.C.&E. began by supplying material from Mexico to US
suppliers.  Our first product was #24638; ring and pinion gear
set.  This gear set was used in the Ford F150 pickup truck.  On
receiving this gear set, we inspected for the following:

  • Pilot paint code
  • Matching set numbers
  • Damaged pinion threads
  • Nicked pinion teeth
  • Rust

This led to our present position of supplying over 248
products from around the world.

F.S.C.&E. distributes automotive products to Tier One
facilities.  To include major corporations such as General
Motors, DANA and BMW facilities.  Also supplying to Tier
Two & Three suppliers.
Our Mission
is to continually improve and adapt our quality-oriented services to the ever-changing marketplace by effectively
implementing and increasing the efficiency of our processes in compliance with our quality management system.
